This is your chance to join the C&A team as Head of HR for Northwestern Europe.Your responsibilitiesIn this role, you will work across C&A’s key markets, the Northwestern region (Germany and Benelux), to embed a performance-driven mindset and foster a culture where leaders and teams can excel. You understand the dynamics of an international organization and thrive in the fast-paced environment of retail. As experienced HR leader, you bring both a strategic view and the ability to hit the ground running, seamlessly switching between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. Your agility, maturity, and adaptability enable you to navigate complexity, drive results, and ensure performance translates into meaningful business impact.What you bringWe would be keen to speak to those with a blend of the following skills and capabilities:12+ Years of HR experience, including several years in a HR leadership positionExtensive experience working in an international organization, preferably in Germany, The Netherlands or BelgiumAnalytical and strong business acumen: ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and translate plans to local marketsSolid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in one or more of the countries in the regionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsStrategic mindset and ability to think critically, but also hands-onAgile, independent and self-reflectiveWilling to make decisions and cost-consciousFluency in English, German and/or Dutch are a plusFlexible and willing to travel frequently.
