Then apply now, because we are looking for you to start as soon as possible asYour Team Lead (m/f/x) Pharmaceutical Product DevelopmentResponsibilitiesYou develop and implement the strategy for pharmaceutical product development within the technical development portfolio for medicinal products and science-based dietary supplements.Scientific excellence in formulation and stability projects is ensured by you to support early- and late-stage clinical trials, product launches and major post-market changes.Technology-driven development initiatives for formulations and manufacturing processes are identified, prioritised and driven by you in alignment with mid- and long-term business objectives.In this role, you lead research and development activities for active pharmaceutical ingredients, medicinal products, dietary supplements, probiotics and medical devices in close collaboration with internal manufacturing sites and external partners.You take responsibility for the development, qualification and continuous improvement of manufacturing facilities to meet clinical and commercial requirements, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across the entire product lifecycle.You build and further develop a high-performing, diverse team, foster a culture of continuous improvement and productivity, and assume full ownership of budget planning, cost control and target achievement.Your profileYou hold a degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable scientific discipline.Several years of experience in pharmaceutical development, combined with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP and pharmaceutical development processes, are part of your background.Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary project and development teams and in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is expected.Ideally, you will also have had previous experience with medical devices and food supplements.Strong strategic, analytical and technological capabilities in the development of innovative dosage forms and new drug delivery technologies distinguish you.Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in cross-functional and international teams are among your key strengths.Fluency in English and confidence in applying commonly used project management tools and methodologies complete your profile.
