Workwear Sales Professional
With our comprehensive workwear assortment, you will become an expert in the field and shape the appearance of entire industries. Our customers come from all over Germany and nearly the entire world.
As a sales professional, your tasks include creating an exceptional customer experience by approaching customers with a smile, advising them intensively, and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.
* You are responsible for presenting additional products confidently.
* As an expert in the field of workwear, you ensure that our store is well-organized and visually appealing, allowing you to showcase the diversity of our products.
* In addition to your duties on the sales floor, you can also be flexibly assigned to other areas within the store.
* No prior experience in workwear? No problem! We will train you as a product specialist from intensive familiarization to various specialized training courses.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Completed vocational training and ideally have initial sales experience.
* You feel comfortable on the sales floor and can win over our customers with your positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach are essential characteristics for success in this role.
* You are available to work flexible hours and can support us during opening hours.
* You identify fully with the Strauss brand and can convey this externally.
