Your tasks
14. You convince our customers of the value and benefits of our products through your scientific and communication skills in order to achieve the sales and growth targets set. With a good feel for their needs, you build sustainable business relationships
15. You identify opportunities in the market and further develop network structures in the region
16. You develop ideas for access-securing and sales-promoting measures in a competitive environment and use resources sensibly and efficiently for this purpose
17. You carry out independent and regular market, account and potential analyses for the purpose of deriving and implementing targeted regional sales strategies
18. You organize information events, if necessary with your own presentation activities, and take part in relevant national and regional events such as conferences and congresses
19. You identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care on the part of practitioners and patients along the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans as part of stakeholder management
20. You monitor the market closely and share market-relevant information on competition and healthcare policy with the relevant contacts in the cross-functional team
21. You work closely and across sales lines in a regional and cross-functional team, proactively contribute your ideas and involve the relevant functions in order to further expand customer relationships and market access.
Your profile
22. Completed studies or doctorate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine
23. Alternatively, you are recognized as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to § 75 para. 3
24. First professional experience in sales is an advantage
25. Your communication is on point in order to be able to argue scientifically at eye level with opinion leaders
26. In-depth knowledge of healthcare policy and the healthcare landscape in the indication of oncology/pneumology desirable
27. Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, creativity and proactivity
28. High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills
29. Very good communication and rhetorical skills
30. Customer orientation and very strong networking skills
31. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
32. High willingness to travel and stay overnight in the region, residence in the travel area is an advantage
33. Class B driver's license
34. Willingness to work weekends as part of events and congresses
