Turn your expertise into climate impact
We are looking for a Process Engineer who will work closely with Michael (our CTO) and the full R&D team. Your mission is to take ownership of process and cycle calculations and optimizations. This role will be central to project assessments and initiation, working in multidisciplinary teams to advance early-phase project development and technical validation.
Your main tasks:
* Support project assessments and feasibility studies
* Perform process and cycle calculations and optimizations
* Lead the design and specification of top surface equipment
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
* Conduct risk and safety assessments
* Drive continuous improvement of the cycle performance
What you bring:
* Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
* Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., Aspen/HYSYS, Ebsilon, Pro II, ProMax) and ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and HBDs
* Recent graduates are welcome — practical experience through internships or working student positions is expected
* Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
* Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver on time
* Excellent written & spoken English; German is a plus
