About PPR Ventures
PPR Ventures is a dynamic family office and holding company founded by three entrepreneurs who have successfully built, scaled, and exited businesses. We are actively acquiring both minority and majority stakes in companies, either as add-ons to our existing portfolio or as stand-alone investments. We maintain offices in Berlin, Dubai, and Singapore.
To support our expanding M&A and Finance activities globally, we are looking for a Junior M&A / Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in our investment and finance functions.
Currently, key target industries for the role include (but are not limited to):
● Healthcare services to regulated industries (e.g., cruise and cargo ships, onshore healthcare facilities)
● Recruiting services (permanent and temporary)
● Crypto and blockchain
● Real estate
● Other opportunistic investments across industries

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior M&A / Financial Analyst, you will be involved in:
M&A Activities
● Supporting the execution, financing, and integration of M&A deals globally.
● Assisting in due diligence workstreams.
● Preparing investment committee presentations, marketing materials, and financing decks .
● Analyzing target companies, their financial performance, and building forecasts.
● Developing financial models, including valuation and merger analyses.
● Conducting market research and gathering industry intelligence .
Finance Activities
● Helping to build and improve finance processes, including bookkeeping, reporting, and forecasting.
● Assisting in financial and operational KPI reporting at both group and portfolio company levels.
General Support
● Providing general support to the Chief Investment Officer/Chief Financial Officer (e.g. portfolio support, presentations, research, customer/supplier interviews).
What We’re Looking For
● 1-3 years of experience in M&A/transaction services from a Big 4/Next 6 firm, Tier 1 investment bank/boutique, or consulting firm .
● Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills .
● Solid understanding of finance and accounting .
● Ability to apply M&A and financial expertise across multiple industries (sector-agnostic approach – prior experience in the above mentioned industries is not required).
● Self-starter, highly motivated, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
● Excellent academic credentials from a top university.
● Fluent in English (German is a plus).
