Aufgaben:
We are currently looking for an experienced site manager for a project at our customer's site.
General conditions:
+ 100% onsite (Freiburg im Breisgau)
+ approx. 60% capacity
The tasks include:
+ Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards.
+ Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with management, contractors,
and facility management to maintain workflow and productivity. Also support by identifying and communicating needs and concerns of space owners from the Engineering team.
+ HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and Quality: Enforce HSE regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel and high-quality construction activities.
+ Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks. Escalate topics to the Construction Manager when needed.
Anforderungen:
MUST:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Engineering or relevant on site experience
+ Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, especially LPH5, HVAC and Civil
+ Knowledge and experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical power installations.
+ Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and German is a must.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
+ Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
+ DIN 0600-100 Norms (construction for general electric norms)
+ Strong decision-making skills and a get-things-done attitude.
