Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop the local Marketing Team, acting as a People Coach in line with FHCS leadership standards and local requirements
2. Monitor market trends, competitive environment and customer needs to provide insights for regional and global teams. Ensure successful development and implementation of Country Marketing Plans and KPIs (Market Share, Brand Awareness, Customer Penetration, Innovation Impact)
3. Serve as Brand Ambassador, responsible for brand positioning, communication strategy, and customer-centric marketing
4. Define strategic directions and operational plans for Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with the Management Team
5. Oversee marketing activities, product portfolio management and lead key projects such as digital customer journey from planning to rollout
6. Manage the local A&P budget and maximize ROI for assigned brands and product categories
Qualifications:
7. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
8. 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in the Professional Cleaning Industry
9. 2+ years in leadership, including coaching, team development, and managing vendors/agencies
10. Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Media Management, SEO and social media strategies
11. Strong skills in market analysis, KPI management and proficiency in Excel and SAP
12. High initiative, resilience and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
13. Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus
14. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional teams
