Data strategy manager (m/w/d) ai governance

TASKS

• Supporting the strategic scaling of AI by introducing requirements and clear guidelines into our AI initiatives.
• Consulting and enabling of specialist departments and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the implementation of AI projects, the classification of AI use cases and the secure integration of AI functionalities into existing and new IT assets.
• Development of an AI governance framework with scalable processes and control mechanisms to ensure compliance with AI governance, including documentation, accountability, risk assessment and preparation for internal and external audits.
• Development, maintenance and further development of AI governance guidelines for the safe and regulatory-compliant use of AI systems, especially with regard to the EU AI Act, DORA and other relevant requirements.
• Stakeholder management and preparation of decision-making templates on AI governance, regulatory risks, implementation status and relevant reporting obligations, e.g. according to the EU AI Act or in the case of DORA-relevant AI risks.
• Best Practices & Innovation: You bring current market and technology trends into the company and provide impetus for our AI governance and AI strategy.

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of the EU AI Act and IT and AI governance frameworks
• Several years of experience with governance and regulation in the financial services industry
• Confident work at the interfaces between specialist departments, architecture and IT – you can communicate complex issues clearly and understandably.
• Understanding advanced analytics, AI applications, and process automation is helpful.
• Strategic thinking, conceptual strength and pragmatism in implementation characterize you, as do a structured way of working, strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Fluent German skills (minimum B2 - C1 level).
