Working hours: Standard 38-hour week, time tracking system, flextime & lifetime working time account.
Vacation: 30 days of vacation & additional days off work (December 24th and December 31st).
Compensation: 14 monthly salaries (including Christmas and holiday pay) or participation in the variable compensation system, special payments, employee rates and discount promotions.
