You will act as the link between ADH and Allianz Group functions for legal, privacy, and compliance issues, translating group requirements for ADH and building a trusted network within the Group. Your responsibilities will include:Providing legal advice, including contract development, negotiation, and management of IT-related contracts with customers and suppliers; third-party risk management; legal change management; corporate housekeeping.Maintaining a sound data protection and compliance organization, including staff training and risk assessments such as privacy impact assessments and non-financial risk management.Tasks include:Data Privacy: Ensuring GDPR compliance, maintaining records of processing activities, advising on privacy aspects of software products, fostering a data privacy culture through tailored training.Compliance: Maintaining the compliance management system, assessing applicability of Allianz compliance programs, managing non-financial risks, overseeing regulatory changes, and raising awareness through training.Legal: Managing contracts, providing legal advice, maintaining Allianz corporate rules, and supporting legal housekeeping.Requirements:Degree in law (e.g., 2nd German state exams, LL.M., Doctor of Laws, European equivalent); privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E) is a plus.At least three years of experience in contract and IT law, with a background in law firms or as in-house counsel, especially in privacy, IT law, and regulatory matters.Fluent in English, including legal terminology.Ability to draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, and to develop privacy and compliance policies and processes.Motivated to work autonomously on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and privacy topics.Experience as a data protection or compliance officer; knowledge of information security law (e.g., EU DORA, NIS-2) and digitalization regulation (including AI) is a plus.Target-oriented, diligent, and able to work well in a team with high personal accountability.Benefits:Impact your work has on markets worldwide.Enjoy Allianz benefits with a start-up culture—flexible working, freedom to shape your environment, flat hierarchy, and fast decision-making.Flexible hours and opportunities to work from home.Join a motivated team that supports and celebrates successes together.The office is located in Munich-Riem (Willy-Brandt-Platz 3; Messestadt West U2).We look forward to your application! #J-18808-Ljbffr
