You will work in a modern, innovative environment and develop high-end surgical microscopes for neurosurgery. Your main tasks will include: /p ulli Owning the architecture of a new high-end neurosurgery microscope /lili Driving the development by designing, implementing, and maintaining software /lili Providing technical leadership and mentoring to the development team /lili Collaborating closely with other development teams and departments /lili Coordinating technical aspects with external development partners /lili Creating technical and release documentation, as well as architecture diagrams /lili Supporting cybersecurity activities, including evaluating analysis results /lili Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards and specifications /li /ul pb Your Profile /b /p ulli A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field /lili Profund professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Software Architect in regulated en-vironments (medical, automotive, military) /lili Extensive experience in developing and owning software architecture for complex systems /lili Strong knowledge of C++ 14/17/20, with a proven track record of implementing complex software /lili Proficiency in Object-Oriented Development (OOD, OOP) and design patterns /lili Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including agile practices /lili Excellent communication, problem-solving, and software engineering skills /lili Experience in mentoring and leading development teams /lili Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German /li /ul p Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: /p Sabrina Rieker
