As the Growth Director, EMEA, you will:
* Set and execute the growth vision for the region.

* Develop and adapt global marketing strategies to fit local EMEA markets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure alignment and excellence in campaign execution.

Skills & Experience
* 8-10 years in growth or performance marketing, preferably within DTC, consumer goods, or eCommerce.
* Proven track record of scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, LTV modelling, and budget management.
* Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus
