As our Cyber Security Architect, you take technical ownership of information security across the EOS Group. Working at the intersection of global cloud infrastructure and local IT landscapes, you define security standards, drive best practices, and ensure our architecture keeps pace with growing demands.This is the jobOwnership of the group-wide technical cybersecurity architecture across our Cloud‑ & On‑Prem environmentsDevelopment of best‑practice guidelines and maintenance of our group‑wide security controls catalogConducting technical security assessments of existing infrastructure and deriving actionable remediation measuresDriving the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), covering pipeline security, code security, and third‑party/library securityEvaluating and developing the security architecture and managing the complexity of our group structureClose collaboration with IT leads and local IT managers to challenge technical decisionsThis is what you bring to the tableSeveral years of experience as a Security Architect or as a highly experienced Cloud/Cyber Security EngineerStrong hands‑on experience with AWS; Azure experience is a plusKnowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle, pipeline security, and application securityFamiliarity with relevant frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)Strong technical communication skills — able to engage with various stakeholders at eye level and translate complex technical matters into clear, digestible insightsExperience with M365 and Power Platform is a plusFluent English required; good German language skills preferred
