🌍 About the Role
As part of our engineering team, you’ll lead the backend development efforts for integrating a modern payment solution. You’ll work in a fully remote, multicultural environment, collaborating with product, data, and DevOps teams to deliver a scalable and reliable system.
🔧 Your Skillset Includes:
* Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin
* Deep experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem
* Solid understanding of MySQL or other relational databases
* Experience with AWS and cloud-native development
* Familiarity with Liquibase or similar schema management tools
* Hands-on with Git, Kafka, Firehose, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
* Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side processes
* Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or Datadog
* Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
