What you’ll be doing
* Translate brand strategy and media plans into clear, actionable content strategies and asset plans
* Lead creative development: define concepts, write briefs and guide execution across channels
* Own end-to-end content production, managing timelines, budgets and quality across internal teams and external agencies
* Collaborate closely with brand, media, eCommerce and local market teams to drive performance and alignment
* Act as a key creative partner for Central European markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance
* Drive efficiency and scalability by improving processes and ways of working across content creation and delivery.
Requirements
* Fluent in both English and German is essential
* Proven experience in content, campaign or creative roles in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, healthcare, beauty or similar)
* Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, high-impact content outputs
* Hands-on experience developing creative concepts, briefs and multi-channel content
* Good understanding of paid social, digital and eCommerce content ecosystems
* Experience managing production across internal teams and external agencies
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
* Confident stakeholder management across international and cross-functional teams
