Support of the Global Aftermarket & Pricing Organization
1. Execution of daily sales pricing processes
2. Coordination of cost updates prior to price adjustments
3. Monitoring of sales price lists
4. Processing service tickets related to the pricing software, including testing of new versions
5. Support during the annual sales price revision
Global Master Data Administration (SAP)
6. Maintenance and quality assurance of material master data, including documentation
7. Monitoring of material creation processes via SAP workflows
8. Troubleshooting technical issues and process deviations
9. Checking for duplicate materials and coordination with relevant departments
10. Ensuring compliance with text conventions
11. Support with new SAP field requirements (documentation, testing, mass changes)
12. Preparation of training materials and conducting user training sessions worldwide
Candidate profile :
13. Minimum of 3 years of specialized vocational training plus additional qualification,
or equivalent professional experience
14. Several years of experience using SAP, especially in the area of material master data
15. Experience in aftersales, pricing processes, and process design
16. Proficient English skills (spoken and written)
17. Confident use of MS Office
