Support of the Global Aftermarket & Pricing Organization
* Execution of daily sales pricing processes
* Coordination of cost updates prior to price adjustments
* Monitoring of sales price lists
* Processing service tickets related to the pricing software, including testing of new versions
* Support during the annual sales price revision
Global Master Data Administration (SAP)
* Maintenance and quality assurance of material master data, including documentation
* Monitoring of material creation processes via SAP workflows
* Troubleshooting technical issues and process deviations
* Checking for duplicate materials and coordination with relevant departments
* Ensuring compliance with text conventions
* Support with new SAP field requirements (documentation, testing, mass changes)
* Preparation of training materials and conducting user training sessions worldwide
Candidate profile :
* Minimum of 3 years of specialized vocational training plus additional qualification,
or equivalent professional experience
* Several years of experience using SAP, especially in the area of material master data
* Experience in aftersales, pricing processes, and process design
* Proficient English skills (spoken and written)
* Confident use of MS Office
