Your responsibilities: Develop and implement a reliable Data Quality Assurance (DQA) system, including tools and checklists aligned with the partner’s database Ensure accurate and timely reporting of program data against donor logframes and indicator targets Conduct regular data quality assessments and validation exercises with the partner’s MEAL team Monitor project implementation progress and provide recommendations when deviations occur Train partner MEAL and field staff on data collection, data quality, and results-based management Conduct monitoring visits to project sites for data verification and improvement Support the partner in cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to strengthen evidence-based decision-making Verify data for donor reporting, ensuring compliance with MI and donor data protection requirements Your profile: Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Management, or related field /or Bachelor with relevant experience Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in project management including data quality assurance or M&E roles in humanitarian or development settings Experience in results –based management of donor-funded programs Strong commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding and accountability Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or other data management systems Experience with data verification and quality assessment methodologies Attention to detail, analytical mindset as well as excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills Fluent in English, French and Arabic; additional languages (e.g. German) are an asset What we offer: Start Date: January 2026 Duty Station: Beirut, Lebanon Duration of contract: 1 year, with possibility of extension depending on performance and availability of donor funds Salary according to qualification and experience, insurance package Working for Malteser International Malteser is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all people, regardless of gender, confession or origin.
