Responsibilities:
* Provide pre-sales technical support for energy storage projects, assisting sales in client technical discussions and solution development.
* Address client technical queries, prepare technical documentation, and facilitate project contract signing.
* Oversee on-site commissioning, acceptance testing, and grid connection for overseas energy storage projects.
* Resolve post-sales technical issues through remote or on-site diagnostics and system fault rectification.
* Deliver product and technical training to clients and partners.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, or related fields.
* Minimum three years' experience in technical support/on-site commissioning within energy storage or related industries.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in energy storage system technologies, with thorough understanding of core components including batteries and PCS.
* Fluent English proficiency enabling technical communication as a working language.
* Ability to undertake frequent overseas travel with strong interpersonal communication skills.
