<p> </p><p style="text-align:left">As a <strong>Logistics Management Trainee (m/f/x)</strong>, you’ll join our 18-month ASPIRE trainee program and gain in-depth insights into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. Together, we’ll shape the logistics world of tomorrow and implement global supply chain solutions as part of an international team.</p>
<p style="text-align:left">Starting <strong>October 5, 2026</strong>, you’ll dive into the diverse tasks of our warehouses through various assignments at our locations in, for example, <strong>in Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, etc.  </strong></p>

<h2 style="text-align:left">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES </h2>
<ul>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Operations &amp; Warehouse Insights:</strong> You’ll gain hands-on experience in all areas of our warehouses—including receiving, returns, and shipping—through assignments at various locations both domestically and (if desired) abroad, and you’ll learn warehouse logistics from the ground up;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Business Unit Understanding:</strong> You’ll gain insights into our TECH, Healthcare, and Consumer Products business units and come to understand their specific requirements, priorities, and challenges in various logistics environments;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Logistics Engineering &amp; Planning:</strong> One of your assignments will take you to the Logistics Engineering department, where you’ll gain in-depth insights into logistics and warehouse planning;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Automation &amp; Process Optimization:</strong> Working alongside our teams of experts, you will analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automating and digitizing the entire supply chain;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Leadership &amp; Operations:</strong> You will gain in-depth knowledge of our operational logistics processes and will also have the opportunity to take on your first leadership responsibilities;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Learning &amp; Development: </strong>We support you during your time as a trainee with targeted leadership training, communication training, and much more.</li>

<h2 style="text-align:left">YOUR PROFILE</h2>
<ul>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Qualification:</strong> You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Initial practical experience:</strong> Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in warehouse logistics, for example through internships, part-time student jobs, or an apprenticeship;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Work Style &amp; Attitude:</strong> You stand out thanks to your strong analytical and conceptual skills, high level of self-motivation, and a deep passion for logistics processes;</li>
<li style="text-align:left"><strong>Linguistic confidence:</strong> You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills. </li>
