About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Collections & Recovery Transformation to support a major transformation initiative. This role is focused on business transformation, target operating model design, process re-engineering, business specification, and gap analysis in the Collections & Recovery domain, covering Pre-delinquency, Soft/Hard Collections, Legal Recovery, and Post-write-off. The role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, as well as strong alignment with German regulatory expectations and platform capabilities such as CRWnp.
Responsibilities
* Drive Collections & Recovery transformation across pre-delinquency, collections, legal recovery, and post-write-off
* Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and business rules
* Perform gap analysis and define To-Be processes
* Create process models in Adonis
* Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, operations, and IT stakeholders
* Lead German/English workshops and support UAT / validation
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking / financial services
* Strong Collections & Recovery domain expertise
* Experience in business transformation, requirements, gap analysis, and process modeling
* Hands-on experience with Adonis
* Knowledge of KWG, GwG, and BaFin
* German C1+ (mandatory)
* CRWnp experience is a plus
