Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and Native Gemini, coordinating with business users, service management, and vendors in case of incidents.
- Analyze and prioritize tasks with the Business Process Owner (BPO), assign to vendors (LabWare/Xybion), and track progress on a weekly basis.
- Manage budgets related to LIMS, including creation of Purchase Requests, monitoring vendor timesheets, approvals, and Goods Receipt (GR) processing.
- Conduct bi-monthly reviews of licenses, users, and license availability for LIMS.
- Plan and coordinate monthly maintenance windows, informing stakeholders (BPO, Process Owners, IT Service Management, and business users) of system availability.
- Review and sign GxP-relevant documentation, including Change Control records, Validation Reports, and Installation Qualification (IQ) reports.
- Create and manage Change Requests using the company’s IT tool (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira).
Specific Topics
- Print Management: Configure new printers in LIMS, create related GxP documentation, resolve incidents, and support process optimization.
- LabX Project: Coordinate between Process Owners and vendors (LabWare), manage PlanView updates, activity planning, and budget tracking; ensure delivery by December 2025.

Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical IT systems.
-Strong knowledge of LIMS (LabWare/Xybion), LabX, Chromeleon, or equivalent lab systems.
-Familiarity with GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), Change Control, and validation documentation.
- Experience in vendor management, budget oversight, and procurement processes (including GR).
- Proficiency in PlanView or similar project portfolio management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
Key Skills
- Project management PMO methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance (GxP, GMP, GLP).
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies.
