Internship Opportunities in HR Operations & Projects
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our HR team. This internship provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in daily HR operations while contributing to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Business Partners in managing daily employee and manager topics
2. Participate in HR tasks as needed to gain exposure to different function aspects
3. Coordinate and follow-up on ongoing HR projects
Required Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with a 6-month internship or an apprenticeship for at least one year
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
* Curious and open-minded, willing to learn and contribute
* High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
* Able to efficiently manage time schedules and tasks
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in work
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German considered an asset
