Account Manager CPVOES
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry, serving millions worldwide. We are on a growth journey and seeking an Account Manager for the CPV OES field.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of OEM accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
* Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and annual agreements (warranty, etc.).
* Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
* Drive forecasting accuracy and ensure timely reporting of sales performance and customer pipeline.
* Support product development and product management by identifying new business opportunities.
* Administrate standard procedures (warranty procedures, servicing, and updating of the OEM supplier platform).
