As a seasoned litigator, you will work on high-profile civil and commercial cases, handling complex disputes in various industries and practice areas. Your expertise will be sought after to deal with recognition and enforcement cases, attachments, and exequatur of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and advise clients on civil liability and insurance disputes, professional liability, medical matters, major accidents, and personal injuries.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for resolving cases.
Requirements
* Hold a strong academic record in civil law (Master's degree), preferably complemented by an LLM degree.
* Be registered with the Luxembourg bar as 'Avocat à la Cour'.
* Have a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in civil and commercial litigation in Luxembourg.
* Possess fluency in French and English, with other languages being an asset.
* Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
