Manpower is looking for a Social Media Communication Officer for a prestigious European institution located in Luxembourg. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital communication strategy of a highly visible international organisation.
Your missions:

Manage and maintain the organisation’s social media content calendar, ensuring relevance, consistency, and accuracy
*
Create engaging and high-quality content for digital channels and communication campaigns
*
Collaborate closely with internal communication teams, social media experts, and speechwriters to ensure coherent messaging
*
Monitor social media performance and prepare detailed analytics and performance reports
*
Conduct social media listening using specialised tools to monitor trends, audience engagement, and reputation
*
Support the implementation of ongoing digital communication campaigns and strategic initiatives
*
Contribute to the development and optimisation of innovative communication tools, including AI-based projects
*
Ensure alignment between social media activities and the organisation’s overall communication objectives
Your profile:
*
Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
*
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, digital communication, or external communication
*
Proven experience in managing social media channels in a professional or institutional environment
*
Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are considered an asset
*
Experience with social media monitoring and listening tools (such as Meltwater or similar platforms)
*
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an advantage
*
Experience within a European institution, international organisation, or agency environment is highly valued
*
Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
