We are seeking a Sales Director for the Investment Banking workflow responsible for selling into the IB sector. You will be a People Leader, driving the success of a diverse sales team covering EMEA.
Role Summary
This is a first-line Sales management role where you will lead the development of the sales strategy for the market and drive team performance proactively to meet the territory’s sales targets.
What will you be doing?
* Lead and execute the gross sales plan for the IB business
* Drive Hunting Mentality: Pipeline growth through structured activity and disciplined sales campaigns
* Collaborate closely with the local Account Management Leadership team
* Consult on large regional deals
* People Management – hiring, performance management, and development
* Own and drive market-level sales campaigns
* Establish strong relationships with IB Customer Strategy and Execution teams and product development teams
What are we looking for?
We seek someone with a strong knowledge of the Investment Banking space and prior success leading a sales team.
