ROLE PURPOSE: Drive content generation and digital marketing initiatives, overseeing brand management.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
* Mastery of the Digital Ecosystem: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the digital landscape, including conversion funnels, social media platforms, customer acquisition channels, and website optimization.
* Agency Leadership: Take charge of managing external agencies, providing direction, supervision, and collaboration to achieve growth objectives.
* Proficiency in Key Area KPIs: Showcase expertise in crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the domain.
* Budget Development and Tracking: Develop and monitor the budget allocation for the department, ensuring optimal resource utilization to drive growth initiatives.
* Digital Marketing Plan Design: Devise comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligning with business goals, integrating various channels and tactics to maximize growth potential.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
* Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns in B2B environments (mandatory).
* Experience in the American market (mandatory).
* Experience in Branding, Content, Intent Marketing, Appointment setters.
* Advanced/bilingual English proficiency (mandatory).
* Goal‑oriented mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong multitasking and decision‑making abilities.
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
* Competence in online marketing and social media strategies.
