Do you enjoy data analysis and working with HR data? Actively shape and monitor our company's data strategy as the central point of contact for all questions relating to data governance, data integration and migration.
Your tasks
* HR responsibility for the global data strategy in SAP, Oracle HCM Cloud and Sales Cloud
* Targeted design of the data structure across all HR processes and systems
* Participation in the design and implementation of international projects through innovative solutions for complex data challenges, e.g., data integration/migration or transfer of HR data to third-party systems.
* Comprehensive support for all topics related to global HR data governance
* Implementation of global authorization concepts and ensuring GDPR compliance in cooperation with the data protection officer.
Your qualifications
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration with a specialization in IT, or a comparable qualification
* Experience in the HR IT environment, ideally with SAP HCM and/or Oracle HCM Cloud
* Initial experience in authorization management and a passion for data structures
* Experience in data analysis as well as successes in processing and process adjustments in the HR environment
* Very good German and English skills
