Job Title: Sales Director
As a Sales Director, you will lead the sales team to achieve exceptional results in Germany. You will establish a vision and drive to make Seqirus one of the major players in influenza protection. Your goal is to overachieve portfolio sales and profit.
You will work closely with market access, marketing, medical, and business operations functions to take full advantage of cross-functional activities. Your responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing the Seqirus Germany sales strategy to overachieve sales targets
* Leading the sales team organization in line with the Seqirus Germany strategy
* Building a high-performing Key Account managers sales team besides leading a successful third-party field force
* Key contributor in cross-functional strategic meetings and management meetings
* Supporting key account managers in their negotiations and overall performance with their key customers
* Providing coaching to support the development and progression of the key account managers
* Supervising key account managers call plans and striving for efficiency and effectiveness

* Experience in sales and marketing
* Fluent in English
