Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within our organisation, and weâre looking for a strategic and client-focused Consult Partner to lead high-impact cloud transformation engagements across our largest accounts.
đŒ What Youâll Do
* Lead strategic consulting engagements across business and IT transformation initiatives
* Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and act as a key advisor
* Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue, and backlog
* Manage full engagement lifecycle: scoping, solutioning, negotiation, and delivery
* Foster a high-performance culture and mentor cross-functional teams
* Contribute to Kyndrylâs strategic vision and thought leadership.

What You Bring
* 15+ years in Cloud Professional Services, with 4+ years in leadership roles
* Proven success in IT consulting, business development, and end-to-end delivery
* Strong presence and experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
* Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
* Experience in: Cloud Strategy, Transformation, and Migration
* Target Operating Model design and Workload Analysis
* DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
* Hyperscaler comparison and business case development
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Strong understanding of industry drivers in Retail, Travel & Transport, Energy, Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare
* Fluent in German (C1 is a must).
* Certified in one or more hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
