As a sports enthusiast at heart, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our top-of-the-line teamsport products. You'll leverage your industry experience and vast network to connect with sports clubs, federations, and retailers, forging partnerships that will propel us to the top. Activities may include, but are not limited to the following: Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that drives revenue growth within the teamsports sector. Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Customer relationship management: Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture strong relationships with sports clubs, federations, and retailers. Conduct regular customer visits to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction. Sales forecasting and reporting: Using business systems to effectively to analyze sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts and performing an efficient pipeline management Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and sales pipeline updates. Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the coordination of product development and sampling activities between the customer and our internal teams Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings. Leadership: Take full ownership of leading and developing the Central European team. Performance management including setting ambitious targets Provide the coaching and support and drive team's engagement, professional growth, and its direct contribution to the company's goals.
