Analysis & Forecasting: Perform business analyses and contribute to forecasting activities. KPI & Dashboards: Maintain and further develop KPI reports and create dashboards. Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and conduct variance analyses. Planning: Support budgeting and financial planning processes. Business Support: Act as a contact for controlling-related topics in collaboration with the senior team. Cost & Sales: Support cost center reporting, project calculations, and revenue/margin analyses. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or similar. Experience: Initial practical experience in controlling or a finance-related role. Know-how: Basic knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Tools: Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); exposure to ERP and ideally BI tools. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical thinking abilities. Working Style: Structured, reliable, and proactive.
