We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied Bachelor thesis in the area of in-vehicle-network and power distribution development, focusing on exploring and evaluating 48V eFuses for automotive use cases. You will work closely with experts in the field to support your development.
What awaits you?
* You will perform a market analysis of currently available 48V eFuses and select a range of them for evaluation.
* Here, you will work through the entire process of electronics board design, including circuit and PCB design using CAD (e.g., Altium), soldering of designed PCBs, and hardware debugging.
* Additionally, you will collaborate with experts in the field who will support you in your development.
Please note that your thesis must be supervised by a university on your part.
What should you bring along?
* Enrolled in a bachelor’s program in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
* Strong understanding and experience in electronic circuit design and embedded systems.
* Good programming skills in low-level languages (C/C++).
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent English and German communication and documentation skills.
