Your Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of innovative AI use cases within Sales Excellence
* Collect, preprocess, and normalize large datasets to serve as the foundation for machine learning models
* Maintain and enhance our Sales Power BI dashboard to improve data visualization and accessibility
* Create insightful data analyses and visualizations that drive data-informed decision making
* Assist in automating data workflows to increase efficiency across sales processes
* Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Your Qualifications
* Studies in Data Science, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable field of study
* Very good verbal and written skills in German as well as good skills in English
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, including dashboard creation and maintenance to communicate insights effectively
* Proficiency in data preprocessing skills such as data cleaning, feature engineering, handling missing values, and normalization
* Skills in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R) to automate data workflows and streamline processes
* Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, including supervised learning, classification algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques
* Familiarity with model deployment and automation concepts is a plus to facilitate integration into business processes
* Independent, structured, and responsible working style combined with a strong willingness to learn
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
