Required
* You have completed IT training or have practical experience in 1st level support.
* You are familiar with IT support for PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones as well as basic network technologies (LAN, WLAN, active network components).
* With your communicative manner, you are a team player and tackle tasks with full enthusiasm.
* You possess strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp technical problems.
* Flexibility is a matter of course for you – being on call and occasional business trips are no problem for you.
* Driving licence class B
