Your challenge
* Own the product vision and roadmap, supporting the transformation from CRM 7.0 (on premise) to SAP S/4HANA CM (Customer Management)
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including release planning
* Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
* Translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
* Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to successful delivery
* Ensure data quality, process consistency, and compliance
* Support adoption through training, communication, and change management
* Enable and drive system adoption across multiple countries
Your qualifications
* Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
* Several years proven experience as a Consultant in a CRM related environment, ideally with SAP CRM or S/4HANA CM
* Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer processes
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps, all MS office applications etc.
* Experience in global rollouts and change management
* Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
* Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders also in high management positions
* Knowledge of data, BI, or marketing automation is an advantage
* Fluent in German and English
