We want you to
* Implement a cohesive pan-European pricing strategy for all new Genesis vehicles across multiple markets.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends across Europe to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
* Track taxation policies and government incentives across European markets in close collaboration with National Sales Companies (NSCs).
* Drive pricing actions that optimize revenue and transaction prices, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance teams.
* Support the definition of market-specific model configurations, trims, and option pricing strategies.
* Evaluate pricing viability based on cost, competitive positioning, and profitability targets.
Conduct cost planning for new products and contribute to pricing inputs in early product development stages.
* Act as a key support for business analysts and sales teams on pricing-related matters and commercial policy.
* Design and manage pricing information systems to ensure accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
* Analyze consumer behavior and competitive dynamics to align pricing with business objectives.
About you:
* University degree in Business Administration/Economics
* Minimum of 3-5 years relevant pan-European work experience within the automotive industry with specific experience in Pricing and Product Management
* Familiarity with industry analytical tools & data sources, e.g. JATO, NCBS, IHS etc
* Good communication and presentation skills
