This role is crucial to driving new sales for Broadridge solutions in the DACH region with an emphasis in the Capital Markets space, selling to high value, high profile clients. It is a sell-side position predominantly selling to Banks, Insurance Companies, and other Financial Institutions.
Responsibilities
* Sales quota achievement for the assigned territory.
* Identify prospective new clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via networking internally and externally (e.g., industry events, cold calling).
* Manage sales pipeline and actively maintain accurate reports in Salesforce.
* Manage the full sales process life cycle; typical activities to include:
o Initial contact and prospect qualification
o Assist/Manage, as appropriate, the presenting service offering to identified prospects
o Participate in set up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings
o Assist and support formal response to client-generated RFPs
o Negotiate contract pricing
o Manage prospects through internal due diligence approval process
o Work with Legal department in contract negotiation
o Work with Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure the successful go-live of new clients
* Conduct business trips as required for sales meetings and other business development activities (e.g., seminars, trade shows, industry events).
* Any other duties as reasonably required.

* Excellent industry knowledge and drive; able to build and execute viable commercial go-to-market plans
* Demonstrates ability to work with Broadridge Sales and Accounts
Management and business relationships
* Capable of representing Broadridge at a senior level, internally and externally
* Strong presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills with energy and organizational ability to get things done

Minimum requirements
* Minimum 5/7 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in German and English
* Based in Germany – Frankfurt
* Weekly travel is required
* Experience in Agency/Principal Trading, Post Trade processing, Asset Servicing, Securities Financing, SWIFT and reconciliations
* Experience in working with Capital Markets and/or Securities Services within Financial Institutions and Corporates
