CMS is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to lead our content marketing strategy across digital channels, with a strong focus on performance, consistency and user experience. In this role, you will set the standards for content quality, governance and accessibility across cms.law and related platforms. You will drive collaboration on digital marketing by providing strategic direction, guidance on digital campaigns, analytics and AI-driven optimisation.
This role can be based in Frankfurt/Germany or Warsaw/Poland.
Responsibilities:
Content strategy & governance
* Enable CMS firms and content owners to deliver high quality, optimised digital content across cms.law and related channels.
* Set and maintain editorial standards, workflows and quality guidelines
* Ensure consistency, SEO/GEO performance, accessibility and user experience across channels
Website leadership
* Oversee the international CMS website, ensuring high-quality content, user journeys and performance.
* Ensure alignment with CMS brand, strategic priorities and sector initiatives
* Drive continuous performance improvements using analytics and AI-search optimisation
Stakeholder management & team leadership
* Coordinate, support and train web managers across CMS member firms
* Partner with marketing, communications and business development teams to deliver integrated outputs
* Provide strategic advice on content marketing, campaigns and digital visibility
Analytics, insight & continuous improvement
* Own digital analytics tools and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights
* Improve engagement through segmentation, targeting and content optimisation
* Monitor market and competitor trends to strengthen CMS’s digital presence
Requirements:
* 8+ years’ experience in digital or content marketing, ideally in a complex or international environment
* Strong expertise in content strategy, UX, web accessibility standards, SEO/GEO, analytics
* Experience working with digital agencies across UX, content, SEO and campaign delivery
* Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with staff at all levels within the firm and with external vendors
* Familiarity with AI-driven workflows for content optimisation, analytics automation, and emerging AI tools relevant for digital marketing
* A proactive can-do approach with a drive to support the growth of our business
* Excellent English skills
