Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a Travel Manager (m/f/d) at the location Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
6. Management of the internal customer relationship with key stakeholders and advising the business on travel related matters
7. Support the supplier relationship management on local and European level, in particular with the Travel Management Company (TMC) as main subcontractor and fulfilment partner
8. Delivery of requirements for the “request for proposal” (RFP) process, reflecting the company needs and financial targets. Deployment of the supplier set-up within the business as well as monitoring the performance and contract adherence
9. Support implementations and travel related projects by contributing to the deployment roadmap and the design of respective communication and change management
10. Execute the Travel Policy and manage arbitrations reflecting the company’s Ethics & Compliance rules and Code of Conduct.
11. Coordinate the customer inter-site Corporate Shuttles operations from schedule design to the contingency plans in case of irregularities. Act as focal point for the suppliers’ operations & account management team
Your profile:
12. Completed studies in Business administration, Business Travel or comparable
13. Work experience in corporate business travel management with experience as travel manager or in a similar level position at a corporate travel agency / travel supplier
14. Experience in Google workspace is an advantage
15. Very good knowledge in MS-Office
16. Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
