About this Position As a Customer Data & CRM Master Data Intern, you will support different projects in executing key initiatives related to CRM master data migration and customer data transformation projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance during the migration process and contribute to enhancing customer data structures and ownership frameworks. What you´ll do Become a team member of the Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team responsible for driving business activities, tools, and processes to support the best execution of the sales strategy and shaping our ideal salesforce Assist the implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures Support data cleansing and migration activities for CRM migration - data mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency Facilitate change management activities towards a vast user community for ongoing projects and initiatives Conduct analyses to support data-driven decision-making for customer segmentation or CRM optimization Prepare and maintain documentation, user guides, communication content and training materials to support data management processes Assist with reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to track data quality and governance progress Support and contribute to maintaining and improving customer master data quality, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems through data validation and enrichment activities using defined business rules What makes you a good fit (Master) student who has successfully passed first semesters, ideally in business management studies, data analytics, information technologies and other data related studies Practical or international experience in multinational companies, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous Excellent English language skills Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc); knowledge in ERP, CRM and other data management platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Strong interest in customer data management, CRM systems, and data governance, good understanding of master data management (MDM) concepts and data models Excellent communication and collaboration skills paired with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective multitasking Ability to work at high independence, adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive attitude towards new challenges Self-motivated, result-oriented and dedicated team-player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Attractive Remuneration Global Experience Interns Community We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
