We are seeking a passionate and seasoned HR Professional with a global perspective to steer all global HR initiatives, shape and support our Business in alignment with our corporate strategy “grow(ing) together”. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives on a worldwide scale.
Main responsibilities:

2. Development and implementation of HR core business strategies and global standards
3. Design of global HR Management (teams, structures, processes)
4. Providing functional leadership and support to our HR managers within the Business Units
5. Ensuring a smart setup centered on value-adding HR activities
6. Close collaboration and coordination of global initiatives with local HR and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
7. Identifying needs for support-related projects and managing those projects
In close collaboration with our department Corporate Development
8. Management of executive recruitment and succession planning for key management positions
9. Support initiatives in organizational design, workforce efficiency, and performance improvements
Key Requirements:
10. Strategic thinking, business- and goal-oriented actions, and a strong decision-making ability
11. Several years of professional experience in HR within a global manufacturing company, including leadership experience
12. Comprehensive knowledge in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including organizational development, change management, and cross-national labor law
13. A high affinity for understanding our business and organizational structures
14. Ability to communicate and persuade effectively and confidently at all levels, in both English and German
15. Motivating attitude and ability to inspire and enable others
16. Innovative mindset and expertise to manage a global and diverse workforce
17. High adaptability and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
18. A willingness to travel extensively
