About the Role
As a key contributor to our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project workstreams across various industries and problem statements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand clients' needs, agendas, and risks. You will then translate these into actionable project plans, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
* Lead and manage project workstreams to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
* Cultivate strong working relationships with client analysts and managers to act as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration & Culture
You will partner with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients. Additionally, you will take ownership of internal and client meetings, contributing to and often leading project management activities including planning, coordination, and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* An undergraduate degree with 2-4 years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
* Relevant client or internal stakeholder management experience.
