Job Title: Agriculture and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechatronics Technicians / Engineers with experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing or maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on skills, and a willingness to specialize in advanced agricultural equipment, particularly Dammann machines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and work with technical drawings, schematics, and instructions
2. Execute electrical wiring and assembly tasks independently
3. Perform hydraulic system work, including:
Pipe laying
Valve connections
System bleeding
4. Ensure precision and leak-proof assembly in crop protection equipment (nozzles, pumps, pipelines)
5. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
6. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and accuracy
Salary: ₹2,32,400 Lac Per Month
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
7. Degree or certification in any of the following:
Agricultural & Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician
Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician
Industrial Mechatronics Technician
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
8. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing/repair
9. Experience with brands like Dammann, Krone, Claas, or Fendt is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
10. Strong knowledge of:
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Electronics
11. Ability to understand mechanical systems and component interaction
12. Hands-on expertise with tools and equipment
13. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Language Requirement:
14. Mandatory German language proficiency:
Minimum A2 certified
B1 level (certified) preferred for employment
