In this role, you will support our customers throughout the entire ordering process and act as an interface to planning, production, quality assurance and purchasing. How you’ll make an impact
1. You record, process and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery
2. You are responsible for the worldwide shipping process
3. You work closely with the interfaces purchasing, sales, shipping and production and ensure that deadlines are met
4. You are responsible for communication with colleagues, customers, transport service providers, shipping companies and external export offices
5. You will prepare the necessary customs documents and certificates
6. You process customs and export formalities and handle them
7. You are responsible for processing complaints You support with administrative activities
Your background
8. Completed commercial education
9. First professional experience in the field of export and freight forwarding
10. Knowledge of international payment and delivery terms
11. German and English fluently in written and spoken form
12. Experienced handling of the common MS Office applications as well as first experiences with ERP systems
13. Ability to work in a team, on own initiative and structured way of working
14. High degree of customer and service orientation
