We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our executive management team, particularly the CEO. This role involves a mix of administrative, organizational, and communication responsibilities, requiring strong multitasking skills and discretion.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team
* Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings
* Organize and book business travel (individual and group)
* Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and internal reports
* Follow up on meeting action points and deadlines
* Plan and support internal and external events
* Handle incoming calls and emails on behalf of the executives
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Qualifications:
* Completed commercial training or similar qualification
* Experience in executive assistance is an advantage
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High discretion and sense of responsibility
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently, flexibly, and reliably
