Your Role
1. You are responsible for the development of a seamless digital sourcing environment and digital sourcing &supplier collaboration processes
2. You define and manage (global) business excellence projects and proactively drive forward process optimization as well as the further digitalization
3. As an expert in process analysis you identify potentials and innovations, implement measures for streamlining and further automation of value-added processes using the latest process mining tools
4. You actively contribute to projects and act as a business partner for the department
5. You initiate and lead sourcing automatization projects and support tool implementations.
6. You manage and advise the functional project teams, set priorities and track the implementation of measures
7. Using your skills in handling data and tools, you develop best practice models
8. Your tasks include the documentation, further development of the improvement processes
9. You roll out training and change management concepts for internal and external stakeholders
10. You lead a team of sourcing excellence managers in development and execution of the required tools
11. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams e.g. Sourcing / Controlling / Sustainability / Supply Chain / Quality and Finance.
Your Profile
12. You have several years of relevant experience in process analysis, conception and implementation in operational functions; especially in sourcing
13. You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or similar
14. You know how to identify optimization potentials in end-to-end processes and how to derive improvements
15. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with a technical understanding
16. You are an expert with SAP S4 Hana and SAP Ariba, especially in the area of Source-to-Pay, as well as a profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
17. Process mining tools are part of your daily business
