Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our current marketing solutions, including flyers, business cards, and disposable menus.
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
* Excellent oral and written Finnish communication skills.
* Friendly and empathetic demeanor to understand and assist customers.
* Strong interest in eCommerce and marketing, with a passion for print and design.
* Digital native with experience in connecting with customers across various channels.
