Your future contribution As a Senior People Business Partner at HomeToGo, you will be a strategic partner to our leadership team. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into strategic people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor and coach on a range of topics. Your deep expertise in organizational development, performance management, and talent management will be crucial in helping leaders build high-performing teams and navigate complex organizational changes. With your collaborative and analytical mindset, you will use data to inform decisions and drive key people initiatives that support our company's growth and success. How you’ll add value Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leads, providing expert consultation and coaching on a variety of people-related challenges and opportunities. Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational design and development initiatives that align with our business strategy, including workforce planning, team effectiveness, and cultural initiatives. Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, coaching leads and employees to ensure a culture of continuous feedback and high performance. Data and Analytics: Use data and analytical skills to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform strategic decisions, presenting data-driven recommendations to the leadership team. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and leads in a fair and consistent manner. You’ll be successful in this role if you Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a People Business Partner or similar HR role, with a proven track record of consulting leaders. Are analytical at heart with strong skills in using data to tell a story and influence decisions. Have a deep understanding of organizational development principles, performance management best practices, and change management methodologies. Are a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also managing day-to-day operational needs. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Are knowledgeable about and interested in how AI can be used to improve people processes and the employee experience. High proficiency in English and German Have sound knowledge of German labor law to deliver compliant advise Have a true passion for all people-related topics, are proactive and able to work independently Are eager to bring new ideas and to achieve team goals Note: We operate a rolling recruitment approach - no deadlines, just opportunities.
