Role Overview As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (DACH), you’ll be at the forefront of Libra’s growth, driving pipeline generation and supporting our Enterprise Sales team across both Big Law firms and corporate legal departments. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers, understand their challenges, and introduce how Libra’s AI solutions transform legal workflows. Whether you come from a SaaS sales background or from the legal world — as a lawyer, paralegal, or legal project manager — your ability to combine commercial curiosity with legal insight will make you an invaluable bridge between our technology and the market. What You'll Do Build qualified pipeline aligned with Libra’s target customer profiles using outbound tools, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Manage inbound leads from law firms and corporate legal teams — ensuring fast, thoughtful engagement and qualification. Research target accounts, understand their structure, and personalize outreach to key decision-makers. Conduct discovery calls to identify prospects’ pain points and assess potential fit for Libra’s AI solutions. Support Account Executives by preparing briefs, managing follow-ups, and coordinating demos. Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM systems. Share market insights with the wider sales and product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy. Consistently exceed targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline creation. What You Have 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment — ideally in B2B SaaS, professional services, or a law firm. Strong communication and research skills with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior professionals. Self-starter mindset: organized, persistent, and eager to learn. Comfort presenting complex ideas in clear, structured, and business-relevant language. Curiosity about AI, technology, and how they transform legal work. Native-level fluency in German and strong English communication skills. Collaborative approach — you thrive in cross-functional teams and fast-moving contexts. Legal background (law degree, experience in a law firm or legal department) is a strong plus — especially if you bring an entrepreneurial or commercial mindset.
